I had the most wonderful experience with Fulshear Floral Design! I am located in Florida, but ordered a sympathy arrangement for a friend who lives in Fulshear. They were able to assemble and deliver it same day! They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that some of the flowers in the pictured arrangement were seasonal and currently out of stock but that they would replace them with something very similar. The arrangement was assembled and delivered quickly and was absolutely beautiful when I received a picture of it from my friend.
