Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Fulshear Floral Design Delivery Policy
We deliver every arrangement with care. This policy explains what customers can expect once an order leaves our shop and is on its way to the recipient.
Delivery area and fees
Fulshear Floral Design provides local delivery throughout Fulshear and select surrounding communities. Delivery availability depends on the destination address, route capacity, and requested date.
Delivery fees are based on distance and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before the order is finalized. We may be able to accommodate destinations outside our standard delivery area for an additional fee. Please contact the shop before ordering to confirm availability.
Delivery dates and timing
Same-day delivery: Same-day service is subject to flower, design, and driver availability. An order is not guaranteed for same-day delivery until confirmed by Fulshear Floral Design.
Delivery windows: Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed appointment times. Routes may change because of order volume, traffic, weather, or recipient access.
Time-sensitive deliveries: For funeral services, events, schools, businesses, or other time-sensitive occasions, please provide the required arrival time when ordering. We will confirm whether the requested timing can be accommodated.
Peak holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, prom, and other high-volume dates may have limited delivery windows and earlier ordering cutoffs.
Recipient and address information
The purchaser is responsible for providing the recipient's full name, phone number, complete delivery address, and any apartment, suite, gate, building, or access instructions.
Our driver may call or text the recipient or purchaser if assistance is needed to complete the delivery.
If no one is available and conditions are safe, the arrangement may be left at the door, with a neighbor, or with authorized staff. If a secure handoff is not possible, the order may be returned to the shop.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delay or an additional redelivery fee. Fresh product and original delivery charges are not refundable when inaccurate information prevents a successful delivery.
If the recipient refuses the delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for a refund.
Special delivery locations
Some locations control when, where, and how deliveries may be accepted. Fulshear Floral Design follows each property's receiving rules and cannot guarantee direct handoff to the recipient.
Businesses: Please include the business name, suite or floor, and closing time. Delivery to reception, security, or another authorized employee completes the delivery.
Schools and campuses: Many schools restrict classroom deliveries. Orders may be left with the front office according to campus policy.
Hospitals and care facilities: Please provide the facility name and room number when known. Facilities may restrict flowers, plants, vases, or direct room delivery. Delivery to an authorized facility desk completes the delivery.
Funeral homes and places of worship: Please include the service name and scheduled time. We will coordinate arrival when possible, but the venue controls placement and access.
Hotels, apartments, and gated properties: Please provide the room or unit number, gate code, and the recipient's name as it appears on the reservation or directory. Orders may be left with concierge, leasing, or security staff when required.
Weather, traffic, and safety
The safety of our drivers and the condition of the flowers come first. Severe weather, flooding, road closures, major traffic disruptions, extreme heat, loose animals, or unsafe access may delay delivery or require rescheduling. When possible, we will contact the purchaser with the safest available option.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact Fulshear Floral Design as soon as possible if you need to change an address, date, card message, recipient, or other order detail. Changes are not guaranteed after designing or route planning has begun.
Cancellation eligibility depends on how far the order has progressed and whether flowers or materials have already been purchased or prepared. We will explain the available options when the cancellation request is received.
Orders already out for delivery may require a new delivery fee and may be moved to the next available route if changes are requested.
After delivery
A delivery is considered complete when the arrangement is accepted by the recipient or an authorized person, or when it is placed in a safe location according to the delivery instructions and conditions at the address.
Once delivery is complete, the recipient is responsible for bringing the flowers indoors promptly and following the care instructions provided.
If there is a concern with a delivery, please contact Fulshear Floral Design as soon as possible. Include the purchaser's name, delivery date, and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful when the concern involves the condition or placement of the arrangement.
Everyday retail deliveries
This policy applies to everyday retail floral orders. Weddings, events, installations, recurring corporate service, and other contracted work are governed by the terms of their separate written agreements.
Short checkout version
