We purchased this arrangement for a client and had no idea she would be out of town for her birthday weekend. When FFD delivered the arrangement and called her, she explained that she wouldn't be home for several days. They immediately offered to pick up the arrangement, keep it refrigerated, and redeliver it once she returned. We were truly stunned by this level of customer service.
